This piece was made for Senior Integrative Project Studio, a thesis class for those graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
The first semester of I.P. dedicated to researching a topic of interest, while the second semester called on students to make a project responding to their research. I researched self-reflexive narratives in stop-motion -- narratives which are aware of and reference the media in which they are made. I also wanted to reference the unique creator-creation relationship present in all art forms, but especially in puppetry and stop-motion.
