Music Video for I Am Island
Stop-motion shot shot on a Nikon DSLR camera with Dragonframe software. Edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Layering, color keying, and re-coloring done with Adobe After Effects.
I Am Island reached out with this freelance offer after I made their video for Perfect Storm. To learn more about their music, check out their YouTube version of this video.
The goal here was to express feelings of nostalgia and melancholy through only paper animation. I shot each element in isolation with bright green and orange paper, then I layered and recolored them in After Effects.
